The Vicarb V60 gasket is one of the larger sealing components we supply for the Vicarb plate heat exchanger range — and it tends to come up most often in applications where the system runs hard and a gasket failure isn’t just inconvenient, it’s costly.
Material options include NBR, EPDM, HNBR and Viton, covering most of what you’ll encounter in industrial thermal transfer work. Whether the issue is temperature range, chemical compatibility or just general wear after years of service, there’s usually a compound that fits the bill without overspecifying.
