The Sondex S110 plate is a direct replacement for S110 and S110-IS frames, and one of the more technically distinctive options in the Sondex range. The fishbone plate pattern is worth noting — it’s not just a design detail. The geometry produces better flow distribution and lower pressure drop than standard corrugation patterns, which makes a practical difference in applications where pumping costs matter or where flow consistency across the plate pack is critical.
