The APV N35 plate heat exchanger is widely used in industrial heating, cooling, refrigeration, marine systems, food processing and other heat-transfer applications. When an existing N35 unit requires maintenance, users may need anything from individual heat exchanger plates and gaskets to a complete plate pack or a complete compatible GPHE replacement unit.
Senovis (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. (Senovis PHE) manufactures high-quality non-OEM compatible APV/SPX heat exchanger spares for maintenance and replacement projects. Our APV N35 supply range includes stainless steel and titanium plates, NBR and EPDM gaskets, blind plates, end gaskets, port rings, complete plate packs and complete gasketed plate heat exchangers.
However, identifying a replacement simply as “APV N35” is not always enough. Plate material, thickness, gasket material, gasket attachment method, plate arrangement and operating conditions can differ between installations. Technical confirmation should therefore be completed before production.
Why APV N35 Plates, Gaskets and Replacement Parts Are Commonly Sourced by Trading, MRO and Engineering Supply Companies
Many APV N35 inquiries do not come directly from the final plant operator. Based on the N35 projects handled by Senovis PHE, buyers frequently include industrial trading companies, MRO suppliers, procurement companies and engineering supply companies sourcing replacement parts on behalf of their customers.
This creates a different purchasing requirement from a standard new-equipment project. An industrial supplier may receive an RFQ containing only an equipment model, nameplate, part number or photograph and then need to identify the correct APV heat exchanger parts before submitting an offer to the end user.
Some projects require only APV N35 heat exchanger gaskets. Others require stainless steel plates and gaskets, while maintenance and overhaul projects may require an entire replacement plate pack.
For this reason, Senovis PHE supports both individual replacement components and consolidated project requirements. A trading or MRO company can send us the available nameplate, photographs, plate quantity and material information, and our team can assist with product identification before quotation and production.
This sourcing model is particularly suitable for companies that regularly receive inquiries covering multiple APV PHE models. In addition to N35, industrial buyers may encounter models and series such as N25, N50, H17, J060 and other APV/SPX plate heat exchangers. Rather than treating every RFQ as an isolated component purchase, a reliable compatible spare-parts source can help simplify recurring procurement.
APV N35 Plate Heat Exchanger Applications in Marine, Oil & Gas, Refrigeration, Cooling and Pasteurization Systems
The APV N35 is associated with a broad range of heat-transfer duties, which is one reason N35 replacement plates and gaskets appear in very different industrial RFQs.
In marine applications, plate heat exchangers may be used in central fresh water cooling, lubrication oil cooling and other onboard utility systems. An APV/SPX N35 stainless steel plate heat exchanger used as a central fresh water cooler, for example, can eventually require replacement plates, channel gaskets or a complete plate pack as part of planned maintenance.
For oil & gas and energy-related applications, cooling and process temperature control can also create demand for N35 replacement equipment. Refrigeration applications, including systems associated with liquefied natural gas, require careful consideration of actual operating temperatures, pressures and media before selecting plate and gasket materials.
The N35 also appears in refrigeration, HVAC and industrial cooling systems. Search and procurement requirements may refer to an APV N35 cooler, air-conditioning heat exchanger, steam/water plate heat exchanger or similar terminology. Regardless of the description, the existing equipment configuration should be checked rather than assuming all N35 plates are interchangeable.
Another important application is food and beverage processing, including milk and cream pasteurization. An APV N35 heat exchanger plate for a pasteurizer may look similar to a plate used in another industrial application, but the required plate arrangement, material, gasket compound and operating conditions can be different. A milk or cream pasteurization system rated for a particular throughput, such as 5,000 l/h, should therefore be treated as a project-specific configuration rather than a universal N35 specification.
The same principle applies to pressure ratings. References to N35 cooling systems operating around 1.5 MPa or other pressures should never be interpreted as the standard specification of every APV N35 plate heat exchanger.
Application tells us how the heat exchanger is being used; the nameplate and actual configuration tell us what replacement parts are required.
Senovis PHE High-Quality Non-OEM Compatible APV N35 Plates and Gaskets in SS304, SS316L, Titanium, NBR and EPDM
Senovis PHE supplies independently manufactured non-OEM compatible APV N35 plates and gaskets for replacement and maintenance applications. These products are designed as compatible alternatives for existing equipment and are not represented as original APV/SPX products.
For heat exchanger plates, common material options include SS304, SS316L and Titanium. Material selection should be based on the original unit and actual fluid conditions rather than price alone.
SS304 can be suitable for many general industrial water and utility applications. SS316L provides improved corrosion resistance for many process environments and is frequently requested for industrial heat exchanger plates. Titanium may be selected for more demanding applications such as seawater service where chloride corrosion resistance is important.
Plate thickness is equally important. SS316L 0.5 mm APV N35 plates, for example, are one configuration that may be encountered, but 0.5 mm should not automatically be applied to every N35 replacement project. The existing plate specification should be confirmed whenever possible.
For gaskets, Senovis PHE can support NBR and EPDM according to the application and original configuration. NBR is frequently encountered in oil, cooling and general industrial applications, while EPDM is commonly considered for water and suitable temperature-service conditions.
N35 gasket requirements may also be described by their fixing method. Customers may request an APV N35 Paraclip heat exchanger gasket or a glued channel plate gasket. Terms such as “N35 NBRP glued channel plate gasket” provide useful identification clues, but the exact gasket configuration should still be checked before an order is released.
Gasket thickness, such as a request specifying a 5 mm N35 PHE gasket, is also configuration-specific. Senovis PHE recommends verifying the existing gasket or plate rather than assuming a thickness solely from the N35 model designation.
Complete APV N35 Replacement Solutions: GPHE, Plate Packs, Heat Exchanger Plates, Blind Plates, Paraclip and Glued Gaskets, End Gaskets and Port Rings
An important advantage of treating APV N35 as a complete replacement platform rather than a single gasket model is that different maintenance stages require very different parts.
Senovis PHE can support APV N35 requirements including:
- Complete compatible N35 GPHE units
- Complete N35 plate packs
- SS304, SS316L and Titanium heat exchanger plates
- Blind plates
- NBR and EPDM channel plate gaskets
- Paraclip gaskets
- Glued gaskets
- Initial and final/end gaskets
- Follower and head port rings
For routine maintenance, a customer may only need APV N35 plate heat exchanger gaskets. During a larger overhaul, the requirement may expand to heat exchanger plates and gaskets. Where an existing plate pack has suffered extensive corrosion, deformation or repeated leakage, replacing the complete plate pack may be more practical.
Other projects go one step further and require a complete compatible plate heat exchanger.
This flexibility is particularly useful for distributors and engineering suppliers because one end user’s RFQ may request hundreds of Paraclip gaskets while another requests two complete N35 plate packs. A third project may require a complete GPHE together with technical drawings and shipping information.
Senovis PHE therefore supports procurement from individual spare parts to complete replacement units, allowing buyers to consolidate different APV N35 requirements with one compatible PHE supplier.
APV N35 Technical Support: Data Sheets, Drawings, Model Identification, Plate Materials, Thickness and Gasket Selection
Correct identification is one of the most important parts of an APV N35 replacement project.
An APV N35 Plate Heat Exchanger Data Sheet or original equipment drawing is highly useful when available, but many maintenance projects begin with much less information. Sometimes the purchasing company has only a nameplate photograph and several pictures taken at the installation site.
Senovis PHE can assist with technical confirmation based on the information available. For an accurate N35 quotation, useful information includes the equipment nameplate, serial number, plate quantity, plate material, plate thickness, gasket material, gasket attachment method, pressure rating, connection information and operating conditions.
For plate-pack replacement, the plate arrangement and end configuration also matter. Simply purchasing a number of apparently identical N35 plates without checking the arrangement can create installation or performance problems.
Material identification is another important step. A customer requesting “stainless steel APV N35 gasket and plate replacements” still needs to establish whether the existing plates are SS304, SS316L or another material. For marine seawater service, titanium may be required instead.
The same applies to gaskets. NBR, EPDM, Paraclip and glued configurations should not be treated as interchangeable descriptions.
Where appropriate for the project, Senovis PHE can provide technical drawings and supporting product documentation for customer or end-user confirmation. This is especially useful for MRO companies, engineering contractors and trading companies that need technical information before their own customer can approve a compatible replacement.
The principle is simple:
Same APV N35 model does not necessarily mean the same APV N35 configuration.
Technical confirmation before production reduces the risk of supplying the wrong plate pattern, material, gasket or complete replacement unit.
Fast Lead Times for APV N35 Heat Exchanger Plates, Gaskets, Plate Packs and Complete GPHE Replacement Units
Lead time is often critical in plate heat exchanger maintenance. A leaking gasket or damaged plate can affect an entire cooling, refrigeration, marine or process system, while waiting for replacement parts can extend equipment downtime.
Senovis PHE maintains regular production capability for commonly requested plate heat exchanger spare parts. Depending on the N35 configuration and current production conditions, small-batch replacement parts can be prepared in as little as approximately 3 days.
For complete compatible gasketed plate heat exchangers, the fastest production schedule can be around 7 days for suitable standard configurations, subject to technical confirmation and production availability.
This is particularly useful for international MRO and engineering suppliers dealing with urgent shutdowns or vessel maintenance projects.
Fast production alone, however, is not enough. The specification still needs to be confirmed before manufacturing. Sending a clear nameplate photograph, plate quantity and material requirement at the beginning of the inquiry can significantly reduce the time spent on technical clarification.
Senovis PHE can also support different international logistics arrangements depending on the project. Customers may collect from our factory, nominate their own freight forwarder in China, or request international shipping support.
For urgent APV/SPX heat exchanger spares, combining technical identification + fast production + appropriate international logistics is usually more valuable than focusing on production time alone.
Senovis PHE APV N35 Replacement Projects for Customers in the USA, Philippines, UAE and Global Markets
APV N35 has become a recurring replacement model in Senovis PHE’s international project inquiries and supply activities.
Our N35-related requirements have included complete GPHE replacement units, complete plate packs, SS316L plates, blind plates, NBR/EPDM gaskets, Paraclip gaskets, end gaskets and port rings. This diversity reflects how the same heat exchanger model can generate very different purchasing requirements depending on the maintenance stage.
Senovis PHE serves customers and industrial procurement channels in markets including the USA, Philippines, UAE and other international regions, supporting trading companies, industrial suppliers, MRO companies, engineering companies and end-user projects.
For distributors, this means an N35 inquiry does not have to be limited to one replacement gasket. If the end user subsequently requires additional plates, a complete plate pack or even a replacement GPHE, Senovis PHE can continue supporting the same project.
For engineers and maintenance teams, our goal is to help establish the correct replacement configuration before manufacturing. For procurement and trading companies, our role is to make the sourcing process easier by combining compatible parts, technical confirmation, production and international supply support.
Senovis PHE also supports other APV/SPX plate heat exchanger spare-part requirements beyond N35, including plates and gaskets for additional APV PHE models. Buyers managing multiple heat exchanger brands or models can send their RFQ, equipment nameplate or existing part photographs for identification.
For an APV N35 plate heat exchanger quotation, send us the available nameplate, plate quantity, plate material and thickness, gasket material, photographs and operating information. We can then determine whether your project requires individual plates and gaskets, a complete plate pack or a complete compatible GPHE replacement.
